Tim's house in Phantasm III was filmed at Faulkner Farm in Santa Paula, CA. In 1998 this magnificent Queen Anne-style Victorian house was deeded over to UCLA and became a center of agricultural study known as the Hansen Agricultural Center. It was recently sold. As of this writing it is not open for public visitation, however the house is visible from the street address of 287 S. Briggs St, Santa Paula, CA.
